​​I created My Keto Box in 2019 with one simple idea - to make finding good keto and low-carb snacks in New Zealand a whole lot easier.

Because when you're trying to cut back on carbs, sometimes it's the little things you miss most.

Something chocolatey after dinner. Something crunchy with lunch. A treat for the 3pm slump. Or simply having a convenient snack ready when cravings hit.

And let's face it - constantly checking labels and hunting through different shops for interesting low-carb options can get a little tiring.

That's where My Keto Box comes in.

​We search for interesting, tasty keto and low-carb snacks and bring them together in one fun box.

Expect a mix of sweet and savoury treats, familiar favourites and new discoveries - including products you may not always find in your local supermarket.

The Story Behind The Box

Hi, I'm Beth. 

​

I started My Keto Box in Tauranga in 2019 because I loved discovering keto-friendly alternatives to the snacks we know and love - and thought other people might enjoy discovering them too.

​

Like many people, life became busy with work, family and study, so My Keto Box took a bit of a break.

​

But I never quite stopped thinking about it.

​

Now I'm back behind the box, searching for new products, taste-testing snack finds and building My Keto Box around the reason it started in the first place:

My Keto Box is a small New Zealand business, and every box is put together with care.

​

We're not about eating perfectly. We're about making a keto or lower-carb lifestyle feel easier, more enjoyable and still full of good stuff.
